Oner three seasons, he has lost 3 games. One toBSU in a huge bowl game, one to BU and one to the lowliest of lowliest. And his team really didn't play well. I bet he is upset.In a couple of more games he will back to normal.

HIs comments on the officials is comical. Watch the tape and the punch by his player -- he should have been ejected, but I guess he is okay with the officials blowing that call.

Lets not let things like facts and what really happened as shown in the tape get in the way or anything.

Comments in that DMN article decidedly against Patterson-this only reinforces some of the negative perceptions many have toward the guy. Reminds me of the Jackie Sherrill comments after SMU loss-"you better get your licks in now..." Patterson stepped way over the line and he's probably already regretting it

The comments on the ESPN site are very anti-[Patterson]. A lot of people are saying they've lost respect for him.

He probably did this to rally his troops before they all defected, quit attending the games, etc., but his comments have larger ramifications. He should have thought before he talked.
