You know, this Big East blogger chick for ESPN, Andrea Adelson, must have something against SMU. She has written blog entry after blog entry that mentions practically every other school but SMU. I submitted a question to her yesterday about the SMU mention in the "Rumors" section, and got no response. Now I read another blog entry about BE Expansion with SMU no where being mentioned. The SEC isn't sure they want them yet.

How so? Won't BE still be at 6 schools needing 6 more? I know one article said it would be either UH or SMU if Louisville stayed, but its still early.

Missouri has not been offered, yet. They only have a majority of votes by the SEC members, but not the 9 needed to get an offer. From what I read, Missouri seems desperate to get a bid into the SEC.

The SEC is going to invite SMU. It's just a matter of time. And until then we need to keep winning to re-inforce their decision.

Neinas believes that Big 12 will be at 10 members for 2012-13. Even if Missouri leaves, he sees Tigers competing in Big 12 for 2012.

If true, it means Loisville, Cinnci and WVU won't leave next year which puts us off one year.
