I wonder if AFA accepting is contingent upon SMU & UH coming. They do love to grab Texas kids, and two trips there would help.

Reads that they are unlikely to join now due to fear of being uncompetitive, but given a few more years of improvement joining the Big East (with Navy and AFA already there) is not out of the question.
