Score at will, win the turnover battle then let the backs burn clock in the fourth.

We are better at db, lb, rb, and qb than tech. If the ol and dl can hold up, we win. If they don't. We will struggle

We are also better in that we by and large know our scheme on both sides of the ball, though we do have the Mumme tweaks to get used to.

And I predict you are all going to like the Mumme tweaks. Assuming JJ lets them happen. We won't see them all either in the first game.

I certainly hope we see "The Mumme Tweaks"! Lots of 'em!

If we can stop the run then we can get pressure on their QB, if we can pressure him often, we can disrupt their game. Defense, defense, defense.

1. Win the turnover battle
2. 3rd down defense efficiency. If we can get them off the field, we have to do it. That is what has killed us in OOC games for the last couple of years. During the second half of the game those teams' greater depth has created huge scoring margins.
3. No "3 and outs". Keep the pressure on them.
4. Confuse freshman QB. Keep coming after him from different angles.
