I seem to remember handling UCF pretty easily at Ford in the game that turned JJ off to this gig. We had just come off a big upset of TCU and were rolling...and but for a small student turnout, the east side stands were pretty empty. I think that's when JJ realized there just wasn't much excitement for SMU football
Let's hope we don't lose hone conference games...we can't afford to...and beating Rutgers and UCF would be an accomplishment
