You would probably get a response like 'who'? One of the big issues with JJ and staff is that they do nothing to build relationships with Texas HS coaches in addition to not calling or following up on recruits.

You're being way too logical.
Your point about our recruiting classes top to bottom is dead on. In a lot of these games against Big XII teams we stay with them for a half but then we wear down because we have no depth. JJ does hit on a few diamonds in the rough but when you build an entire team with these recruits, it's hard to compete with BCS teams.
