True but after signing a 10 year contract you would think he would at least have more respect for Baylor and just keep those commits to himself.

A 10 year contract LOL... those Baptists are living in fantasy-land in more ways than one. Might as well have made him sign a 100 year contract.

I don't believe Graham ever coached at Texas?? He was DC at Tulsa for three years, then got the Rice HC job. He returned to Tulsa the next year as HC and continued to move up from there. How does this have anything to do with the Briles situation?

First time I was in Ireland, while visiting Dublin, we were told that Arthur Guiness signed a 9,000-year lease on the brewery at St. James’s Gate. Cost him an initail 100 pounds plus 45 a year.

Now that was a deal.

Perhaps Baylor can sign Briles to a 10,000-year extension!

It was Major Applewhite who left Rice for Texas when Graham left Rice for Tulsa.

Graham's career needs constant updating to stay current:
1988 - 1st job as an assistant at Poteet High School in his hometown of Mesquite.
HC at Carl Albert High School in Midwest City, Oklahoma
HC at Allen High School in Allen, Texas
LB coach under Rich Rodriguez at West Virginia University in 2001. The following season Graham was assigned to defensive co-coordinator.
DC at Tulsa in 2003 for three years.
HC at Rice for 1 year.
HC at Tulsa for 4 years?
HC at Pitt for 11 months (Graham informed the Pitt players of his departure the following day by having a text message forwarded to the team by director of football operations Blair Philbrick)
HC at ASU for the last 2 seasons

Graham is the poster child for situations like this. When he initially led Rice to its breakout season and signed a long extension, he quit just a few days later to take the HC job at Tulsa (both in CUSA at that point).

Then when at Pitt, he blasted some of his assistants who left for other jobs, and then days later took the Arizona State job after being told he did not have permission from Pitt to talk with them. Then to top off his morality cake, he informed his players and other coaches he was leaving Pitt via text message.

After he had had his mug painted on the Owls equipment van... and added "yellow" to the uniforms and the end zone logos. He was a piece of "work" since he was coaching at Allen... where he almost got canned.

Or maybe they should hire O'Leary so it will be easier to beat UCF!
