While this would be great, it will never happen (because it makes too much sense!).

P5 is about being exclusive, not inclusive. Why would a new conference exist, when all signs point to the destruction of at least one more conference after the GORs all expire. One or two more schools might be swooped up, but I don't see a scenario like yours as very likely (although I would love to see it personally).

That conference looks solid to me. Keep the service academies (Air Force, Navy) out of the conference proper, but have them as Football only members so we can have a 12 team conference and a championship game. Or keep it at 10 and do a round robin a la Big 12. It will suck for travel unless a TV contract can be negotiated in which the payout is higher than it is now. $8-10M per school would be a good first step in the right direction.
