Really more interested to know if it was Klemm.

I don't think so. Was Acker the one that came at the same time as the BB player from Oregon (McCoy) came? Seems like they both came with a June connection.

correct. From June's high school I believe.

June's HS, but Derrick Odum is listed as the one who recruited him.
Acker's offers were Hawaii, Portland St, Montana and the like.
I remember him being a good tackler from day one, and got better and better in coverage.

Came from Grant, same HS as June. Jones was made aware of him through his relationships back there. Odum was listed as the primary recruiter, but really this one was all June.

This is one recruit Klemm definitely had nothing to do with. Klemm's west coast connections were in the LA area.

Congrats to Acker, like all the other guys that we got drafted or signed as FA's I hope he has good camps and preseason and makes the Niners.
