They're referring to the campus itself. Seventh most beautiful. Nothing about athletic facilities.

Best facilities? Please. Perkins Natatorium until it was closed this year (without a replacement facility) was historic, but not competitive at a high school level.

I'm not qualified to give a real top ten, but I am in the educational facility design and construction industry so I have seen many. Obviously the new facilities at bigger schools are larger and thus have more amenities. Our stuff is nice but for a new facility it isn't anything amazing.

There are many factors, such as ease of use, aesthetics, helpful staff, etc., etc. grandiosity, and bling less important.
