Hopefully we will wear the grays every week just for the stripes.
Ole SMU
Naw. They are the Missy Mustangs. We had the blue and gray back in my days. Not sure that OM did.[/quote Was this the leather helmet era?

I am okay with the all white roads. Especially on opening day when it will be 112 outside and Baylor will have to run around in green or black.

Could give us just the edge we need....provided that all of their WRs, RBs, and QBs pass out from heatstroke before the end of the 1st quarter.

I think the road white jersey with the gray pants will be a good look for a change.

Mrydel exposing his ignorance when it comes to fashion
For road games we should always wear all white

I believe SID said they have mixed the Grey pant with all, and they all work.

What are you talking about? You know all about the dynamics of this decision? BS! Coaches Jones and Brown give "Ricky-Boy" little more than the time of day and won't until he can prove he "uhas their backs. They report to president Turner and their key boosters. Blue is cute but I wouldn't say it is SMU's "classic" look. From the sixties on I only saw Blue during the "Pat-For-Play" years and there is nothing classic about that era. but then I was out of school then and never felt good about those uniforms. Red is our primary color, it is what the fans wear to the games. It also makes the players look bigger. June is going to do what his players prefer, and what president Turner asks of him. So Band-Boy, quit making things up!

Mex is right. Everything sucks, always, and it's Turner and Hart's fault that it does.
I heard they also are behind the whole P5 thing just to make it even tougher for us to win.

SID said in the other thread all white for road games - but the white with gray does look good.

I believe he also said the gray could be used with the away white. But I am too lazy to go back and check.

Ignorance is in the eye of the beholder. SID said the gray could be used with the white. I may be stupid but give me proper credit for when my stupidity is shown.

Hey Mex. We wore blue in my era and we were not a pay for play team. We had players get some money but only in the same fashion as everyone else. We were blue and blue was the primary color. The only red was our helmet.

It looks like the full size pony is back on the helmet instead of the mini pony. was that last year or 2 years ago?
