This is the article from his football coaching search at Chattanooga. The stakes are a little different in this game, but I think Rick will rise to the occasion. This coach is really doing well at Chattanooga.

Yes, but this is big dog football..and the train is quickly leaving the station. Do I trust him to make a great hire? We will see. I hope it is Phil Montgomery at BU or someone similar.

casper will do what RGT says. I suspect that we won't see much happen. RGT has no real commitment to a top level fball program. How many years has he been here that nothing happened? 12-15-18? He is very happy with mediocrity (or less) and would very likely be thrilled if we fell to a D-II or D-III level.

Wrong again. We build a 32,000 seat FBS-caliber stadium under his watch. Hart AND RGT will do what the big money boosters allow them to do -- that's how it works at most schools by the way.

Hopefully Rick can convince the big money folks to get on board with a solid hire

ECM is correct. Those that pay the piper name the tune.

Most FB programs lean on big supporters and don't make a major move without bringing them into the decision making process. As they should. If you are writing big checks then you should have a say.

I'm thrilled we have big supporters willing to keep us relevant.
