This is the absolute lowest fan base I have ever seen and I support all the Texas teams. Of the few games I have gone to over the years, even when SMU was good a few years back the stands were still empty and the wannabes on this site were still crying and moaning (no different today). If I were coach or player I wouldn't want to play for all you $ss clowns! As you continue to bore everyone with this constant toxic posting remember that every team SMU haS lost to has a 500 record or better excerpt for North Texas. And even more compelling is four of the seven teams are or have been in the top 10 in the nation and two are close to making top 25. Maybe, just maybe the youth of this team, [deleted] poor coaching along with ridiculous strength of scheduling SMU has played should be considered. Is this a clever dig against the team? We got destroyed by Cincinnati 41-3 whereas Miami of Ohio played them competitively losing 24-31 matching them on total yards.

The positives is that with a good staff in place who is willing to work, the possibility of a quick turnaround is there compared to years ago where the mantra was it would take 4-5 years. Texas is full of d-1 type players and the opportunity to play early is there. Now if the fan base would quit feeling sorry for itself and everyone pitch in to make a positive change.....after all, that is what football is about...overcoming adversity and fighting through pain as an individual and team to achieve your best.
