I think we should all tweet the video at Eric. I'm being completely serious.

Thought about doing it too, but with everything that's gone well for our football program the past couple of days I'm feeling too excited to dwell on the negatives. Plus Chad said he wants to get the former players involved and the fans and staff on the same page as well. I feel you guys on wanting to make a point to the Dickerson's and Beasely's, but this is the time to unify. This is part of the culture change that HCCM is referring to, it's time to move forward. I think ED will come around as the ball continues to roll.

I hope they get a bowl game. Probably not but it would be a decent gesture I would think to give them one more game as UAB.

I tweeted Rick Hart to see if there's anything SMU could do to help our ex-conference mates. I'm sure any gesture would be helpful right now.

the axe man certainly had an unenviable job. Noticed security at the left of screen. Probably a good idea, considering the fact that the movers and shakers of this decision did not seem have the courage to appear themselves. Crushing dreams and breaking commitments...fortunate that these young men were able to "mind your bearing", and not lash out physically.
Got a bad taste in my mouth after watching that.

Nothing would make me happier than to see ED back on the sidelines, as well as Beasley.

Something I didn't realize... UAB has only been to 1 bowl game in the history of the program, even in this era of bowl games for everyone.

Doesn't say much for the state of Alabama. Really a shame.
