Exactly. Instead, they sell their info covertly to TMZ or the Enquirer or [insert name of gossip mag/tv show here] and hope their celebrity boss doesn't link the info released/leaked directly back to them, because then it will quickly be time to look for another job, likely with a boss who comes nowhere close to being a celebrity and significantly less pay/benefits.
