Was surprised about CS today...didn't believe the rumors until seeing the kid in person. Always the best player on the field.

Not a significant drop off between Davis and Colbert and thought they both looked like solid D1 QBs.

Offensive line run blocking looks really good. While I'm not expecting a miracle this year, I'm going to bet the farm that we beat Vegas' OU of only winning 2.5 games.

These are special times ahead my friends.

Heard the offense looked better. One good thing is that this is the offense that most of these kids played in high school and the familiarity helps. Plus hard work can bridge the gap in talent. No expectations or pressure on these kids but looks like they will play hard. Anyone hear how the defense did?

From the video it looks like West and Thomas are seeing time with the ones.

That one handed catch is Malone over Johnson.

Castille is #12 in red according to the SMU website. That one handed catch was Castille over Kevin Johnson. Unless I misread the number. But either way good catch. I agree about Thomas and West.

No way to honestly tell tell how the offense is doing until they play against someone other than our defense.

Unless they wear random uniform numbers in practice or the online roster and media guide are wrong, that's #12 = Castille.

Wait a minute? Stallion has been telling us for 2 years that Colbert was not a D1 quarterback, and his move to receiver or DB was imminent. Where is Hicks in the pecking order now?
