I live on Lower Greenville and people park in front of my house all the time. I don't own the street and they don't own theirs.

Law says anyone can park on a curb and guttered public street unless designated no parking. I was asked to leave many stake outs when I was a PI and the cops always backed me. They did request I let them know ahead of time to save time checking me out.
