A 40 million dollar IPF is small time thinking only for those that wont be paying for it. It is as much as just about anyone's, and by the way we are not in a P-5 and have to go raise every penny like we do for everything. Thank God for the loyal wealthy few or we would be blown out of this conversation a long time ago.

At some point soon, investing in companies with proven oil reserves will be a very low risk/high reward proposition.
