Please explain. Trolled by whom? If I worked in Vegas you'd be my morning line favorite.
Lol whatever you're a lost cause. Dwan, Donnell, Mtrout and footballdad have made this unreadable. Then again you are really gullible and easy to troll so...there you go.

If we lost Houston I would add Wichita State as a full sports member including football and Army as a football only member. At that point you put all the marbles into basketball even if it brings down the level of football. At least Army would be a fair replacement for UH/Memphis in terms of tv audience. That would put the conference at 12 football teams and 10 all sports members.

If we lose UH we honestly have no rivalries in the AAC and, along with Rice, we will be the last legacy SWC members to fail to move up to P5 status.
Losing UH also makes us a tough sell to ANY other P5 conference. I had always envisioned a scenario where the PAC12 or ACC wants a foothold in Texas and an instant rivalry game by bringing in UH/SMU together.
Without UH, I cannot see an appetite for bringing in a small private school in Dallas with 12k fans and no on field success.

It must be all done. Someone wrote an article about what most people already knew. Think UH can go borrow money off their future earning in the B12?

Been a fan for 30 years and never considered Houston a rival

We didn't do anything to keep up with them for most of the past 3 decades. Can't blame anyone else for doing better when we weren't helping ourselves.

Couple this with a Moody's downgrade & half a billion $$$ debt.
We're doing quite well. (sarcasm) LOL!!!
BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!
For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

I love Canadian football. What if we enlarged Ford so the field would fit and we became the first US program to play it. We could join a Canadian league and have the entire US to ourselves,
