Well JB I guess you just exposed information that the coaches did not want to get out if what you are alleging is even correct. But who knows what the situation actually is. I just hope the young man recovers fully from what is really wrong with him.

You know I think if you give Collin Rock another few weeks to learn the Offense he's the kind of kid that could come in and run the Offense as a Freshman. It would shift to a somewhat more conservative run offense but he could still make many of the safe throws Hicks was making Saturday. He is smart, sharp and will bust his [deleted] in any way he can to help the team. Kid had back to back weeks of highlites where he threw key blocks 50-60 yards downfield. Kid is a winner

We kind of left ourselves open for this potential catastrophe by not signing a QB in 2016 which really was the most important position on our checklist. Took a gamble and extended the search a year to 2017 but we left ourselves exposed in 2016

Colbert is injured and won't be back for a while. If you look closely at the Liberty game, you will see what appears to be a cast.

We were right behind the SMU bench. Colbert was wearing one of those metal immobilizing braces on his right hand/wrist. Looks like it was taped and/or Velco'd in place.
