Orlando was first. It sounds like we couldn't even pay for him to come here either due to lack of funds or he Chad Morris us like Chad did with Baylor. Stallion made a case for Graham with coaching tree that seem reasonable. Traylor made sense for keeping the train going till next round. If we don't care about coaches bolting in a year, Kiffin. I didn't even think Dykes would be a contender so didn't really read much about except for last few days. Just completely shock that he was candidate. My only thought was everyone said no thanks and it came down to Dykes and Traylor due to funds or reputation. In that scenario, I'm with the players on Traylor.

Mine was none of the above
I'd ask for a reshuffling of the Coaching Pool and start over after raising the pay scale to 2.5 Million per Year to reflect change in the Market

It's like opening your big Christmas present and finding Santa left you socks and underwear. Hopefully a decent fit but disappointing.

Sounds like Orlando and Sumlin said no to SMU. I was pushing for Graham. To me this is a bit similar to him.

If they turned SMU down then SMU did the best they could.

Don't bet on it. When he was at Cal, he flirted/interviewed with Baylor, UH, Missouri, South Carolina, etc. Why would you expect more fidelity to SMU?

Because SMU gave him a chance when he was down and out.
