Yo Pimple,
When is Patterson going to discipline TCU # 11 and #26 for pushing ya'll's coach?
Probably about same time he issues an apology for his false accusation, I suppose.

"It’s hard to overstate how impressive SMU has been on the recruiting trail since the ACC announced the Mustangs would be joining the league”

Re: Bad sportsmanship is one thing. Hitting a Coach is anothThis whole thread needs to be whacked. The caption is misleading, if not patently false. It will show up on a Google search and no casual reader will go beyond the first post, if they even bother to read it at all. Not a good look here.
We could start a new thread along the lines of "Bitter Patterson falsely alleges during press conference that SMU player struck TCU coach" That's got a nice ring to it.
Re: Bad sportsmanship is one thing. Hitting a Coach is anothLets also debunk the idea that we're so desperate to get into the Big 12.
A Big 12 without UT and OU isn't a power five conference anyway. Pay Lashlee more money
Re: Bad sportsmanship is one thing. Hitting a Coach is anoth
I would like to see SMU in the Big 12 because there we would have so many in-state rivalries and, if Kansas and Iowa State stay, a really great basketball schedule. However, the Big 12 is now minus Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Texas A&M, Texas and OU. It can hardly be called a "big" anything. The remaining teams are trying to continue to bask in the glory of a patched together conference and will soon learn that the "flagship" Texas program and Oklahoma were the only interesting teams as far as network viewers and payouts are concerned. It is pathetic listening to the Baylor, TCU and Tech fans acting as if the conference as it stands now is a mighty and powerful force in football. Given the disparity on conference money between TCU and SMU over the last 10 years or so, it is amazing that TCU isn't even further ahead of us than they have been. Their revenues are about to go slide downhill as is the prestige of their schedule.
