Re: AAC Championship ThreadCongratulations! I'm so happy for the Mustang family!!!
Re: AAC Championship ThreadWe are going to finish in the CFP top 25. Maybe even top 20.
Re: AAC Championship ThreadStallion should post...
Old men should feel a moment of youth... NIL should top 3 million more by Monday...and All Mustangs should wear the class rings tomorrow at church! stable-boy for the four horsemen of the apocalypse
Re: AAC Championship ThreadProud of SMU performance tonight. That was impressive!
Congrats 2023 SMU Mustang Football! Beat the hell out of anybody!
Re: AAC Championship ThreadWhat a great night - Pony Up!!!!
Re: AAC Championship ThreadThank you players and coaches…amazing season…just wow…already can’t wait for next season. ACC here we come!
Re: AAC Championship ThreadWhat a night. I feel like I did after the Rangers won the WS....50% Euphoria and 50% disbelief. What a great time to be a Mustang.
Re: AAC Championship ThreadFeels good to be a winner, and to win the conference on our way to the ACC. After all these years, this is as RL said, a true team. Well deserved.
Don’t want to think negatively, but really worried the CFP committee will find a way to ruin this for us. We are by far the best G5 team.
Re: AAC Championship ThreadMy first year at SMU was the year we brought football back to the Hilltop! Here we are now! Well done current and past Mustangs who believed in what this program was capable! Proved it to everyone on the field. Great and committed coach and leadership. The future is now!!
Re: AAC Championship Thread
The broadcast crew made a strong case for SMU getting the NY Day slot
Re: AAC Championship ThreadHonestly, I no longer give a crap about the CFP, because regardless, we have no mathematical chance of being the champion. The system is so stupid.
I'm just glad we did what we were supposed to do. If they don't let us in because we made the mistake of scheduling P5 teams, so be it.
Re: AAC Championship ThreadI must confess there were a couple of tears. What a special nite.
