I'd say "bump," but I'll just say it again.

Players make plays. 2nd half=lots of players.

And I'm glad there are two halves.

well hell yeah. We are Mustang fans aren't we? And I was really hoping you could enjoy pulling 'scoreboard' on your classmates at TU on Monday.

Frankly, yes. But I have nothing against Bennett and all I care about is winning. I wish we have had won more under him to date, but If he can get us to a bowl than he has done his job.

I apologize for anything unseemly I contributed to this thread. Halftime adjustments are nice to see.

Last time we beat Rice in Houston, I was a freshman.

Great job, Stangs!!!!

From KGB's DMN blog:

SMU minutes away from being bowl eligible
They make it hard. They always do.

But the Mustangs look as though they've finally broken through.

SMU is up 34-24, thanks to Blake Warren's 14-yard run after a lateral pass, over Tulsa with 4:31 to play. SMU is minutes away from becoming bowl eligible. Minutes away from beating a team that was leading 24-7 at half time. Minutes away from a program-defining win.

A win at Rice next week would all but guarantee the Ponies their first bowl trip since 1984 and the death penalty.
