That's completely absurd. I hope you are never falsely accused of anything.

Re: Texas Monthly article on Baylorin the vast majority of the DNA cases in which the Innocence Project is involved the accused is eliminated as a possible perpetrator of the crime. The evidence is clear that witness misidentification is the biggest cause of the conviction in this type of DNA cases.

Unless he violates the terms of his probation, he will never spend a day in prison. From a prisoner's perspective, time in a county jail is usually much better than time in a real prison. Do unto others before they do unto you!!

No, he's serious......and probably an SMU law school grad ![]() ![]() ![]()
Re: Texas Monthly article on Baylor
Eyewitness misidentification, unvalidated or improper forensic science, and Government misconduct your top 3. Government misconduct usually means your lawyer colleagues by the way. Hey Stallion, how bout that Colbert kid at QB? I thought he wasn't a D1 QB?

Re: Texas Monthly article on Baylor
you might want to wait until he completes his first pass in a college football game before you conclude otherwise. Nobody else offered him at QB either. I clearly stated he is a Division 1A caliber athlete many times "With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris

Come on Mrydel, I don't hate, you religious folk have cornered that market. "is your God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?" - Epicurus

Haha sure, you also specifically stated that he wasn't a QB...many times. Morris seems to think he's the second best QB on the team, so I don't know why we'd have to wait to conclude he's a capable D! college QB. Unless you're still thinking you might be right, and Morris is wrong? He also seems to have leapfrogged your boy Hicks (he of many big offers) with the same amount of time in the new offense. (Hicks even enrolled early) Go ahead, give some props to Mr. Colbert, you can do it.

Yeah, best not to really contemplate the answers. We all know your God (the best one), works in mysterious ways. ![]()
Re: Texas Monthly article on Bayloryou're still upset because I supported Trevoyne Boykin as a QB prospect when he was a freshman and sophomore when you thought he was a mediocre QB who should be moved to receiver. Arm Strength. Boykin ALWAYS had it (although he needed more accuracy) -Colbert doesn't
