I'm having a hard time seeing any excuse for this.....

Here is the biggest problem....
THESE PLAYERS are not any good...regardless of how 'young' they are...you are in LA-LA land if you think THIS team will ever be any good.
Conclusion #1 - we have to replace this current squad almost to a position.
Conclusion #2 - we will stay 'young' for another 2/3 years minimum.
THAT is very troublesome to me...

Optimistic Stallion
Well our Pass Defense has been absolutely perfect. This should help our Pass Defense stats. Kinda of harkins back to Baylor 1991. Zero passes. How far we've come.

This game sucks. Man up, defense, or face the consequences.
What should those consequences be? I'm not sure any of them (besides Yenga) need to see another down of action this year.

Why can't SMU use the "TCU Model" to build a football program?
