Model Schmodel. Everyone harps on about that without saying EXACTLY what needs to change. I say we are one athletic major and some looser transfer requirements away from being there - and I hear they are both underway. Anyone with specifics on other things that are needed say so, or shut up already with the loser mentality.

Far harder situations then SMU have been turned around. Take TCU - that school has not one redeeming feature and they have a semi decent football team - if they can do it anyone can.
