They WERE during the Grant Teaff administration, but a succession of meddling coaches have done a hatchet job on what used to be a TOP 10.

Yeah, our uni's arnt as good as they use to be, but they're not bottom 10....

Bottom 10:
10. Texas A&M (just hate the school so much I guess)
9. Miami (only their alt. ones though)
8. Oklahoma (not a fan of the OU symbol)
7. Mississippi St. (just ugly looking colors to me)
6. Georgia (I don't like the G)
5. South Carolina (not a fan of the Chicken on the helmet)
4. Washington (purple....)
3. Penn St. (too classic)
2. New Maexico St. (I don't like their White look)
1. Oregon (I like some of thier bold ones, but some are just plain ugly)

2. New Miami Uniforms
3. TCU (purple and black don't ever look good)
4. UT (looks like someone left out the cheese wiz).
5. Wyoming and Lehigh tied (brown and tan, nuff said)
7. Rutgers (looks like someone hemmorhaged)
8. A&M (maroon and tan- looks like a bruise)
9. Ohio State (what's with all the stickers on their helmets)

Michigan has great unis. Ohio State had a good, classic look until last year when they mucked those great sleeve stripes.

North Carolina, Auburn, Ohio U, Dartmouth, Tulsa, Indiana, UCLA (yeah, UCLA), NC State, UTEP, Boise State, La Tech all have pretty nice looks.

Oregon officials should be brought up on charges for willfully destroying that school's uniforms. Penn State? Zzzzzzzzzz. Tennessee looks like Gerber's peach surprise and TCU's togs are a purple abortion.

For the benefits the Nike company hands out to use them as their personal guinea pigs, I would be hard pressed to turn them down. Plus all the national publicity for it and certainly a unique look. Besides, bright yellow and green are not going to look like a masterpiece.
