Perkins is in the shadow of the largest Methodist church congregation in the United States...Highland Park United Methodist Church...on the southwest corner of the S.M.U. campus.

If you were to choose Perkins, you would be welcome with open arms at HPUMC, as a member of the congregation. And, who knows?...you might become a minister there someday, too!

Well im finishing up some stuff on that soon. My goal is to visit the campus sometime within the next month and a half. The rush of football season has gotten to me and has distracted me away from doing work on that

Hopefully you can arrange your visit to coincide with an SMU home football game. The Mustangs' home games during the next month and a half are on Sept. 29 (UTEP), Oct. 20 (Tulane) and Nov. 10 (Rice).

Ill definately consider that. Im looking at making a full weekend out of it I know when I come. Visiting on hopefully a Friday, and spending the next 2 days getting to know the area. Thanks for your help fellas
