As for the Trustees, they realize up front the importance of a proven head coach and trust Orsini's judgement on who deserves a second chance. Orsini knows alot of these coaches personally and he has shown good judgement in his past choices.

If you belive that Terry B decided only in the past year that he wanted to go back to coaching I have a Gulf Coast lot that I would like to show you as soon as the tide goes out. He only went public in the last year.
