Aren't most of the ticket office personnel SMU students? And since they are working, it probably isn't the SMU students that were born with silver spoons in their mouths. They should be happy to have the money, and to work for their school. Unbelievable.

Well I have had many dealings with the ticket office. They are students and I have always found them to be courteous, business like and helpful.
Not doubting your perception of your experience. Maybe someone was having a bad day.
