Didn't one of those Orsini coaching clues have something to do with Thune of Glanis. That means we got June and Glanville as a package deal? But would Jerry G still wear black on the sidelines in a red and blue world? Of course he can still leave tickets for Elvis. Would the Purple Hippo dress up in an Elvis costume to get the tix?

That's awesome. Here is what you get when you follow the above directions: Google won't search for Chuck Norris because it knows you don't find Chuck Norris, he finds you.

I am beginning to think that just perhaps Glanville will be our DC. Hard to believe but with the comment that one is in place but having to wait approximately 10 days while things are straightened out could refer to allowing Glanville to complete recruiting for Portland State as to not to damage their recruiting completely, and then come on over. Nothing would surprise me any more.

He's the head coach at Portland St. But I do remember him sending us a gameball when he was the Oilers coach. He did that the week after 95-21. We beat UNT and Houston lost.

No, it was later. After he kicked Pardee's @ss when the Falcons beat Pardee's Oilers.

Dude's goofy as bejeezus, but I've been a fan of his ever since he did that.
Lunatic that he is, he also can coach some defense. I'd be completely OK - and entertained - if we hired him.

OK. It must have been the year after then? He and Pardee didn't like each other too much.

With all of this sunshine, has everyone forgotten what a jerk he was in Atlanta?

I think he meant Glanville. Love his quote on NFL films when he's arguing with an official.
"This is the NFL, which means Not For Long if you're going to make calls like that.''

They are saying no to Glanville because he was a jerk in Atlanta. I am saying maybe we could use a jerk because we are the definition of nice guys finishing last.

Clarification: I HAVE forgotten what a jerk he was in Atlanta. I AM in favor of his employment at SMU. No more Mr. Nice Guy.
