Good question. 2008 is the 60th anniversaryof the 1948 SWC Champions - first Cotton Bowl Championship with a 21-13 victory over the Oregon Ducks... 2007 was the 60th for the '47 Cotton Bowl team - undefeated SMU -ranked #3 at 9-0-1 tied Penn State #4 at 9-0-0 - never heard any reference to that milestone last season.
