If I ever told a client I could or couldn't care less I doubt it would matter which I used since they probably wouldn't be my client afterwards.

How about a bravado statement like ..."I couldn't care less how many attorneys the other side has...we're better and we will win."
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

General, hope your father is much better and makes a full recovery.
BTW- I fully expect my Buckeyes to kick butt Saturday. The big 10 may not be real strong but OSU is. SoCal had better be ready.

Fox Southwest on Dish Network is actually two separate channels at 418:
Fox SW and
Fox SW HD
the Fox SW HD channel is only used for High Definition events-otherwise it is off.

Actually it is 416 and 416HD but that is correct. Right now in Little Rock it shows SMU/Tech on Fox SW and the Jackson State game on Fox SW HD. I do not know if that will change or not but yesterday the HD channel had no listing at all.

DirecTV 676 is showing Southern Methodist vs. Texas Tech both on the FSSW (SD) and FSSWHD (HD) channels at 4:00 PM PDT.
That's 6:00 PM Tulsa Time!

Looks like it's on local Time Warner channel 36 on cable in the clear. Also check 180 or 184 for HD.

Well...184 FSN SW is working, but it's not in HD. I just got off the phone with Time Warner and the customer service guy's FSN HD (Channel 787) isn't working either. Apparently, it's only a DFW thing. I guess if it doesn't come back on, I'll be watching in standard def.
