There are people on this board that are very aware, but for the good of SMU and your dismay, are best not discussed on a message board at this moment. So you are ready to lead a revolt on the University by an e-mail campaign of Mustang Clubbers and publically threaten the job of the President of the University without being able to vaguely articulate to the SMU community any facts about the issues . My guess is that if we have the same situation arise with a few kids next year like we had last year then June is gone and I wouldn't blame him one bit. If SMU goes out of its way to run off June Jones then they can kiss my season tickets/Mustang Club donations/etc goodbye.

Stallion knows that most attorneys dont give a rat's [deleted] about evidence. All you need is a fact dispute. Get one person to dispute what the other asserts, and bye bye MSJ, hello lawsuit, hello attorneys fees, hello settlement.

That said, i just wonder what facts there are to dispute? If JJ said things moved in the right direction when he signed his extension, what happened to change that? Or what is he trying to leverage, and why?
