whoever made it sound like june was surprised by that question about gilbert needed to listen more closely, his body language and inflection didnt imply at all that he was actually surprised, he was using rhetoric to deflect the possibility that he might have more to offer than that he was visiting campus... personally i want june to be tight lipped about this until it happens or not

Yup. June showed up with no preconceived "anti-Dale" baggage and they hit it off. Both voice mutual respect and friendship towards each other in my conversations individually with each.

Two guys with big ego's...they get along great and kudo's to Dale to have him on for an exclusive interview. Nothing earthshaking to us in the know during the question and answer, but it was a cordial meeting that exposed JJ to new potential fans.

Very positive.
SMU football was discussed for a full segment on highest rated sports Sunday show in the area.
Can't beat that.
And yes, JJ looked very relaxed.

JJ knows how to build relationships with all the peripheral components/individuals important to building a program.
