not according to the folks in Kerrville and at Tivy High...... he was a loose cannon before he set foot in Colege Stashun.
Yep. The guy didn't get busted for having a fake ID just because it magically appeared on his person.

Heard that too, he sure didn't cry on twitter whenever he got a speeding ticket in Ennis last year. http://www.usatoday.com/story/gameon/20 ... h/1811863/By the looks of this old pic he should be able to pay his ticket without b****ing about it.

Right. A&M's a great place, if someone can take all ... I mean, where you can take all ... of your classes on-line.
Crying over a speeding ticket? When Mommy and Daddy are rich enough to give him a fancy luxury car in college and give him the cash for front-row NBA seats, etc.?
WaaaaaaaahhhhhhH!

Ha! I wouldn't be surprised if a few schools didn't paste Manziel's picture under a headline with his quote and send it to every Aggie recruit. I mean-really-we are talking about spending 4 years taking on-line classes in College Station.

Poor Johnny.
He should learn to keep his opinions to himself and stay away from the media.

It must be terrible to have a campus of 50,000 zombies worshipping him and NFL millionaires getting ready to throw millions of dollars at him. Poor guy.
If he keeps this up, I'm going to like him even less than I do Vince Young.

If he was at any other school it would all be different. Aggy fans are so overly obsessed with only losing 2 games and treat him like a God. It is the only fan base in America that would literally 'whoop' him to death on a street. This is the first success they've seen maybe ever and they probably believe last season was more of a success than a '98 big 12 title. Only Aggy.

I actually somewhat feel for the kid.
It sounds great to be 19 and have that kind of success, but he was absolutely going to get overwhelmed. How in the hell do you prepare a kid for that kind of success at a school like that? I know both he and A&M asked for it, but were either he or the school ready for it? Probably not.
And, HoSh, what happens if A&M underperforms this year, whether or not he performs? My god, those crazies will roast him....

I don't think its near the problem that he thinks it is-but his bloated head makes it worse. Plenty of athletes have dealt with the spotlight in a positive way.
