Yes. I assume he already has a staff in mind, but they can't actually recruit before he starts working, right?

I think I have heard the word "tempo" at least 100 times during the bowls and it gets me pumped up every time!

Go Ponies!

Wait until you see it in person in the fall!

It definitely was a bad situation for the game to be on the line with the Baylor Defense in the game-they aren't that good or talented on Defense. Seems like Special Teams played a big part too

It's all Bennett's fault that Baylor couldn't score a point in that 4th quarter

I was reminded yesterday that the QB for OSU that has performed remarkably is the person who sent a tweet asking why he should have to go to class since he was brought to OSU to play football. I have wondered since then how his grades are going. I bet he has some academic help for sure. Very impressive athlete.

It really is great for the conference that UH has Hermann, we have Morris, and Tulsa has Montgomery. Our division of the AAC can really elevate the overall competitive balance if we each progress as expected/hoped.

I watched a few minutes of that game and it did seem quiet. They didn't show any crowd shots but you could get glimpses of empty sections. I see it is raining, but what's the temperature there?

And the Aggies. The 2 lowest ranked in the West won. I still believe as a conference division, SEC West is the strongest. All seven teams making bowl games says something. I am very impressed with the statement the Big10 is making in the bowl games. It seems it took Urban Meyer to convince the Big10 that speed kills. I was very impressed with OSU. I am still picking Oregon but who knows.

My nomination for worst prediction of 2014.

Runner-ups include Jason fb predictions, anything tiki related by ponyboy, and SMU blog's emphatic pronouncement that our next HC HAD to be hired after the UConn game.

I think it is still going. I was one. By my eye test against SMU tgey didn't look as good as Baylor or A and M did against. They got better and UT OU and KSU were overrated. They weren't 5th in conference this year. But I guess I was right in part since Baylor beat them.

36 degrees and steady rain will do that. If SMU was playing in Ft. Worth today doubt a 1000 fair weather fans would show.
