A&M might choose to challenge your claim Sumlin knows what it takes to win. lol
He beat Arkansas 4 or 5 straight times so they would have an idea

More like a bases empty bloop single. Arkansas was the only team in the West he had a winning record against (6-0). He was 10-20 against the rest of the division.

Just realized that David Beatty is still standing with his 1-26 Big 12 record
I guess they like his 45th ranked recruiting class with 2 4 stars and 2 3 stars from Louisiana-

I really thought he would be a good hire for Kansas...Certainly underperformed so far.

Got some inside stuff here that says as long as an offer comes before Christmas he is gone. If after Christmas he stays. Has to do with his son at HP. But his son at HP will not keep him from leaving.

Then we'll have to hope that Tennessee and Arkansas drag this out longer than we did when we hired June Jones!

I think Arkansas will act quickly. Question is who do they want? Venables is in town for the Broyles award and has been interviewing. Kiffen keeps getting traction although I cannot imagine him here.
