I had exactly the same problem. After many contacts one of their reps said they would extend my sub. When I tried to sign on again I had the same problem and contacted another rep who said the first rep was incorrect and that my sub had expired. Never again. Those people are crooks and don't know the words customer service. good luck .

Thanks for the confirmation that it is not all me messing up. I had this subscription last football season and had many problems then, but wanted to see a game so I bit the bullet and subscribed again last week in plenty of time to ensure no problems. Wishful thinking and poor judgment. I will cancel tonight after the game. Your are right, never again. thanks again.
