Agreed. Assuming LSU kicks the crap out of OSU as I think they will, I think the top 5 next year will look something like: 1. USC 2. LSU 3. WVU 4. UGA 5. UT
That could be right. Although SC's non-conference schedule next year includes Ohio State, at Virginia and (of course) Notre Dame. Not an easy slate to break-in an unexperienced QB.
Not to mention a rematch with Stanford.
Yeah, thanks for that...
Although, if it weren't for Stanford, I wouldn't have been able to spend New Year's day at the Rose Bowl! Too bad they couldn't match-up SC with Georgia and Illinois with Hawaii. Or not Illinois at all...

The difference is that Willis had offers from SMU, NM and Tulsa....White had offers from LSU, Auburn, WVU, Kentucky, Mississippi St. and Vandy.
I think the difference in talent was identified pretty early on, regardless of their rivals rating.

Wasn't everyone offering Pat White as a DB except for WV, which is why he went there?

SEC teams better not make the mistake of letting Coley White (Pat's little brother) get away as well...allegedly a very similar athlete.
Currently, one of GT's top targets - would be interesting to see White run PJ's offense...

If White stays at WV next season maybe he will win a title. I'm not sure what other returning starters they may have.
im sorry but theres no way Dennis Dixon leads that team to a NC or even the game...DD is good but trust me, UO would have lost done the road with him. Belotti always finds ways to screw up.
as for white styaing, HE IS, and im betting Slaton stays too after his awful year ending performances

Young is a great runner, but a very mediocre passer. Not even in the top half of NFL QBs. TN will be better off this week if Collins is playing.
ill throw this one out there too..."if it wasnt for Drew Bledsoe, then tom brady wouldnt be where he is today" just fyi

i think four of those 5 teams will be in it but LSU wont be 2nd, they'll be 3rd or 4th, even if they win the title and if LSU does kick OSU [deleted], then im going on a limb by saying OSU will be #5 next year because of few of those 13 juniors will stay

Mitch Mustain is undefeated and has plenty of experience...PC will go with MM to start next year

Exactly. He's 26th in QB rating. http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats? ... onType=REG

The local media reported Mustain played very well in practice in concluding the regular season. It will be a close competition with Sanchez and Aaron Corp.

And even after that useless stat, there's 14 qb's (by my quick, unchecked count) that are sitting at home because their team didn't make the playoffs. Funny how that works.

His team made the playoffs in spite of him - not because of him. 9 TDs, 17 Ints.
