somebody told me the numbers on the new black jerseys
& the players shoes will be glow-in-the-dark & when the team runs
on to the field they will cut the lights like they do at NBA games
and all you will see is numbers & shoes...should be pretty cool looking
but to do this they may have to move the start times to 8 or 9PM
to make sure it is dark enough to work

Why not use the "Harvard Crimson" and/or the "Yale Blue" and forget the Adidas multi-stripes all together?

How about just wear our whites home and away like the Pokes?

I assume you are joking, but if not: stadium lights don't just turn on and off like the light in your bathroom. It takes a lot of time to turn them back on.

they got them back on fairly quickly at the SMU @ Ark game when the power went out.

there would be time to lead in from the dark with the SMU rap version of "For My City"
that would be cool to just have the big scoreboard on playing the video as the lights
slowly come back on and then do the National Anthem..it won't be every game.
