My point about the $$ being wasted is I am not going to contribute $$$ to have something created that is never properly shown.

I.E. SMU must be on board with the idea.

I am in but need more details. We could do a billboard for same amount for a month or radio spots / ads etc with more exposure.

Nick, Thanks for getting this whole thing started and thanks for suggesting contacting Tim. And Thad thanks for taking is seriously.

I emailed Tim McMurray at the Mustang Club. He just happened to be in the office and emailed me back. I also copied Brad Sutton on the email. Tim said he appreciated our efforts and will be discussing this project with Brad. Tim is traveling Monday and Tuesday and will follow up with us after they have had time to discuss. He said that the Mustang Club donations must be unrestricted donations, so it is not a good vehicle for this since it is destined for the video only. But he will explore some other options for us to use for the donations. In light of this development, I will hold off on setting up a paypal account for now.

I am utterly surprised and pleased at his quick response and his positive reaction. He is taking this seriously, so let's make it happen. I suggest we continue to make pledges on this thread and have OTP keep the tab. I will update as soon as I get additional information from the administration.
