I am being an admitted smartass, but will I get in trouble for endorsing National Punch a Hippie Day?

Northwestern is the only BCS school in the Chicago SMSA which has a population of almost 8 Million. The city is loaded with grads from the other Big 10 schools, all of which also travel very well for a weekend in the big city. No way to compare to our situation where we are in an area half the size that we share with TCU and with no big BCS schools coming to town every week. SMU has tried so many marketing schemes over the years that I don't think anyone could count them all. Over the past few years I have been unable to give my unused tickets away.

As the resident ponyfans hippie I say yes.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.

94, you could dress like JJ and ask the Austin love children if they'd like a Hawaiian Punch. The APD I'm sure will be understanding and not charge you with a crime.

APD leaves them alone because they have the stench of patchouli and 7 days of no bathing. Another term for Hippies in Austin is Dragworms. Don't know how that came about, but those are burned out hippies that are homeless. I don't advocate hitting Dragworms.

University Park regs make it far too difficult. Hot tub in the end zone with strippers and sorority girls

Fellows it is indeed a sad day to witness that level of animosity between SMU fans discussing our program. Beat Tcu.

easy guys -- Boxing match on the Boulevard?

I see both sides, however when most of the city doesn't even realize we have a game, it doesn't help either.

I get Otter's point and do question allocation of funds.

Please consider Red and Blue Army as a preferred and positive outlet for angry, disgusted or frustrated PonyFans, who can't stand to wait for things to get any better. It's loud, it's interactive, it seeks to enact change and is doing so...all done with a spirit of camaraderie, love for SMU athletics and copious copious beer. We'll put foam #1 fingers on those fightin' hands.

As the Bard of Compton, Cali., Rodney King, put it best, "can't we all just get along"? Obviously, the LAPD didn't agree.....beats me why they wouldn't.
