If you look at the older lighting, you could see a "star effect" of shaddows going in several directions, June wasn't the first of our head coaches to complain, just the first to get it done.

I was just on campus and the skyline around the stadium looked noticeably different with the tall new lights. They were shining bright in the overcast rainy sky. Hopefully park cities residents don't complain. I don't remember what it used to look like (as of a few days ago), but from the view on top of the parking garage, the new ones don't look taller than wescott lights, just bigger and brighter.

Did they also add a small bank of lights above/on top of the old ones? That would explain June saying the old ones were to low. So will they remove the old, lower ones or just not turn them on, or maybe reposition their direction?
