Morrison is listed as the Asst Head Coach for Offense, but not the OC, according to the media guide. I always thought he was the OC in name only. JJ coaches the receivers and QBs (and scout team O).

Interesting...so we don't have an OC. Maybe that's why our offense has stunk.

Why would Klemm go without June Jones? Mike Martz doesn't believe the o-line is even necessary.

There was something on ESPN a few weeks ago about FBS coaches that call their own plays. Jones was one, Paul Johnson (Ga Tech) and Niumatalolo (Navy) do and there were about 7-8 others. Mike Leach always has and will again at Washington State.

Guy is gone unless we promote him, he takes with him all our best recruits and a lot of the work for next year since he is the only guy working...

He is more important to the program than jj at this point...

If you believe this statement, which I tend to, losing Klemm sets this program back 1 year guaranteed, 2 years most likely.

Hiring Klemm as a HC to a 3-year deal, if he fails, sets us back 3 years, even though I suspect the talent will continue to flow.

In that context, hiring Klemm as a HC is not as big a risk as some as stating.

Count me as one who would rather have Klemm over JJ.

Fire June, hire Mason, get Kliff Kingsbury and make him a co-OC with Klemm. No way Klemm gets OC job at ASU...not yet at this point in his career.
