Did he ever really get to play in college? All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
Re: Trivia: Best RB you ever seen live in College and Pro
Yes, his freshman year. He started in front of Dickerson and James before he got hurt.. #HammerDown
Re: Trivia: Best RB you ever seen live in College and ProI thought he got hurt in the first game though. I was not able to catch the games at that stage so I do not know all the particulars. I do know he was considered the best of the 3 at the time but never heard that he really got to play any on the field.

Re: Trivia: Best RB you ever seen live in College and ProI seem to remember Waggoner breaking his neck on a kickoff return; I know he beat out Dickerson and James for playing time but don't remember many carries before he got hurt
Re: Trivia: Best RB you ever seen live in College and ProWaggoner, if my memory is accurate, was hurt near the end of the season. I say this because when SMU came up to play Arkansas near the end of the season, Only James was playing as, I believe, the game before BOTH Waggoner AND Dickerson were hurt on the same play and couldn't play the closing game against Arkansas. James mom had been complaining that her son wasn't getting enough paying time and in the Arkansas game, Ron Meyer let him carry the ball practically every play and he got beat up badly, but he played as his mom wanted.
Long live Inez Perez!
