My cousin goes to USC and her roommate is a big booster. Big booster spoke to higher-up on USC coaching staff. He said that Spurrier thought this was the best team he's had in years...
yikes
they play UGA in two weeks

All the Arkie supporters were counting on an A&M win this year to get them off the snide in the SEC. I would think they are now a little concerned. Apparently no one thought they would improve on defense.

I'm neither. Beating our team is not the barometer of a great team. I'm actually pulling for A&M to do well in the SEC. I just don't see this team beating Alabama, LSU or Auburn. Those teams all have big time d coordinators. They are probably equal to Ole Miss at this point, a middling team in the SEC west.

If you don't see this team as a toss up against Alabama, Auburn and LSU based on this performance, you're not watching the same game I am. Maybe South Carolina is that bad??

Aggy lost to Alabama, Auburn, Missouri, and LSU last year. They lost their QB and their wide receiver who made all of the big plays last year, but you are saying that they are so much better? Hill is having a good game because he is not seeing any pressure tonight. LSU and Auburn nearly killed Johnny football last year. Aggy will put up stats but tell me ONE big game that they've won in the SEC? They beat Alabama their first year. That's it. This is only one game against a South Carolina team that has no qb and they are missing their stud running back. Aggy is good, but I wouldn't put then in the SEC championship game just yet.
On another note, how do you think UCF would do against Aggy? They almost beat South Carolina last year.

I sense the momentum changing. Let's find out what So. Carolina has.

I think if Sumlin keeps recruiting the Texas talent that he is that the SEC will be getting a Texas whipping pretty soon. As most arrogant SEC people think that there is only one boring way to play the game. Mizzou plays a spread and they were in the SEC championship game. Also, I don't think I have compared this years aTm team to last years aTm team. But to each his own as we are both Mustang fans.

Spurrier took a transparent from the June Jones overhead projector and threw deep on 3rd and 1 and lost his chance to make it a game.
