Dude, I can't bet with you the way you want because I have money problems. But your post about betting got me thinking that I need to be one of those guys who makes the money, instead of shelling it out all the time. I'm not sure how my plan's gonna go down, though. I suppose if I stuck with my job in discount warehouse bakery and don't lose a finger, I could be promoted to assistant manager, like Ron. But that would take three years, and if I'm gonna be stuck there for that long, I may as well just suck on a tailpipe and end it all. There's gotta be an easier way. I could make money selling weed, but the last time I did that, I was getting calls at, like, 4:00 in the morning. Then they'd only want to buy an eighth. Besides, I always ended up smoking up most of my profits.

Maybe, I could get a job on CM's recruiting staff? Seems easier then the bakery. All I got to do is tweet.com about going to different schools but not actually have anyone of substance commit. And then I could call the media and send quotes about how good I am. It's not like any of the fan base on ponyfans.com are going to call me out. At least then, I'd be putting my SMU degree to good use.

On another note, I was watching the Godfather last night. It is, without a doubt, a crown jewel of American cinema. No matter how many times I see it, though, there’s one part I can never make it through without getting a little lump in my throat. That’s because with each viewing, I become more convinced that had Sonny Corleone been driving a car equipped with E-ZPass (like my Festiva I just sold), he would still be alive today.

Hey, I like you guys and am just a huge SMU fan. Don't get so worked up. You know I love CM. I support him 100%.

Nobody is taking FF seriously. Lighten up, Francis.

You know, except for the two posts right above mine where vielsiehorsepower did exactly that. It was like watching a guy argue with a particularly ornery toaster. His points were valid but it probably isn't going to affect the toast much.

I do have to compliment him on his user name though. Love the use of German.

Johnny johnny johnny...don't post on the internet your illegal doings. I mean I totally disagree with the illegality (which ironically gives you a market to sell to) the governing bodies that be don't see it that way. Also budget an amount for personal use and stick to that strictly. And if someone calls you at 4am make them come to you. Making 50 is better than making nothing.

And it didn't have to be a money thing. Wasn't asking to bet money, but you gotta make the stakes even, whatever they may be

Haha awesome analogy. Appreciate the compliment! Its actually a translingual play on words. Its supposed to sound like feel the horse power with a German accent. I made it in spirit of everyone giving fthp/big12 crap all of the time

Speaking of German, my shift just ended and my manager came up and asked me if I could stay late and help with inventory. I was almost like "Yeah, good luck with that," but then I remembered that they wanted me to be more of a team player, and there is also the thing about the rat I saw in my apartment last night.

I forgot to tell you guys, last night there was this big-ass rat on my counter. And he was eating my pizza. Now, I'm no p****. If I saw a rat outside, I'd be like "Hey, cool. It's a rat." Normally, I would have grabbed something and killed that rat dead. But you have to remember that it was three o'clock in the morning, and I wasn't thinking all that clearly. I ran out and slept in my car.

Does anyone have a place I could crash for the night?

It could also be translated to the poetic "much her horsepower". Although that's the polar opposite -- Sylvia Plath to ze manic mad scientist.

vielsiehorsepower, thank you for sharing that terrible story about your childhood birthday. And what's the connexity to Coach Morris? Can you like find another site to talk about what a p**** you were growing up.

Anyway, I'm actually pretty stoked these days, 'cause my birthday's coming up on 15th. I've been racking my brain, trying to come up with something really great to do this year, especially considering how much last year blew. I had a party at my place, and a whole bunch of people I didn't know showed up. I made $150 charging admission, but Wes puked all over my couch, and between paying for the couch clean-up and the two kegs of Natural Light, I wound up losing like $40. Plus, my pad smelled like $h** for weeks. Only after I found all the hidden cups was I able to get rid of the stink.

That's my Mustang Nation! I was really worried there for a second that this site was hopelessly d0ouche bag. I was like, did I really go to school with these people.

Tonight's going to rock though. I got dinner planned and everything. Because I'm livin on the cheap I switched from Tombstone to store-brand frozen pizzas.I bought a DVD player and a copy of Point Break, because it was pretty cheap, plus a few essentials, like a pair of jeans, a couple of T-shirts. I thought about switching from Miller Genuine Draft to a cheaper beer, but I ain't ready to go that far. What ever happened to those stimulus checks they used to give out? They need to do that again. That way I can spend money and help the economy.
