Well the release at least created some media buzz. They covered the new facility on Channel 5 this morning.

That was the plan.

Teams don't commit to build the Taj Majal of IPF's if they aren't serious.

Not sure what the magic number is before shovel hits dirt, but hopefully all loyal (and hopefull) Mustang fans went out to buy a Powerball ticket for tonight's drawing. Might be the only chance for this project to get underway any time soon?

Billy on Scout had some info on today's podcast. http://www.scout.com/college/southern-m ... dcast-7-27

Bottom line: things are looking up even if B12 takes a pass. We don't need $190M to get started.

Just had a chance to read the Nichols article in today's DMN. I love the way Hart is playing this to the media. He is saying the right things. I've got a lot of confidence in that guy.

Let's just say there is a parallel universe in which these things are looked at and discussed and it is not as sunshiney as in this great site

As long as Hart is going down to Austin to get drunk with the right people, we are all set (see TCU).

Really glad they finally made this announcement. Just hope it is not too little too late.
